Nope! All our leases are month to month so you have the flexibility to move on your terms!
All rent is due on the 1st of the month. We do pro rate your move in but we do not prorate your move out. Example, you move out on the 20th, we are not able to issue a refund.
On way to my unit I forgot my lock. So I was just going to put my belongings in the storage and come back and put my lock on. But I opened the unit and there was lock inside thank you Jesus. The gate was broke which they fixed the next day. Best place don't have to pay all the extra fees that come with renting a storage unit.
If I could give 10 stars I would. From the ease and quick use of the website, to complete my storage rental contract, make payment, receive email confirmation and a phone call from customer service making sure I received everything, knew which building my unit was in and ask and answer any questions I had. It was the most pleasant online and telephone customer service experience I've had in a long time.
The directions were very detailed and easy to understand. The facility is very clean, well lit and they provide carts to help transport your things to your unit!

All I did was call up the number and ended up getting a deal for $15 a month for a 5 by 10. it was simple and easy. after I showed up. I was given the code and it was just that easy. I would definitely get another unit if I needed it in a heartbeat. Be sure to ask about the 75% off deal for the first 3 months.

We store extra equipment at the unit. They are kind enough to call me when my credit card information needs updating. Just a little personal touch that I like. They also have environment controlled area. I haven't had to use that but it is nice to know it's there.
